For new & recurring clients booking new services please be aware that we may need to contact you before your appointment to arrange a consultation.

For Clients wishing to book a consultation, please be aware that we charge a £10 consultation fee. The consultation fee is fully refundable should you attend your consultation.

All colouring services will require a patch / colour test at least 24hrs before the service being carried out for new clients.

We will contact you within 24hrs of you submitting your booking if this is required.

Appointments online must be made 24hrs or more in advance.

If you wish to book an appointment within the next 24hrs please contact us via phone, text message, email, or through social media & we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that there may be additional costs added to some bookings if everything you need is not captured within the booking, or if you have not booked in for the correct service.
