In the studio;
We accept Apple Pay, Google pay, contactless, card & cash.Online;

Please note that not all payment options will always be offered. This is not always under our control. -
As the studio is located away from the high street in a residential area, it offers a completely private experience.
Our services are always one-to-one (except in some rare instances) giving you a peaceful & luxurious experience.

No, the parking space is automatically reserved for your booking should you need it.
If the space is unavailable for whatever reason, we will provide you with a pass to be displayed in your vehicles window for the duration of your appointment.
Please try to let us know if you will require the parking space when making your booking.

We do our very best to accommodate our clients needs so just ask & we will do everything we can to adapt around your circumstances.

We stock ColorWow retail products for sale & we can also source any other products you may want.
You can browse & purchase from our entire range on our online store.

The studio.

The studio is located in a residential area & the council operates a residents only parking scheme in the location.
Therefore, please park on the driveway of the house or if you park on the street, please ask for our visitors permit so it can be displayed in your car window.

Yes!
Our studio is equipped with the highest quality products & equipment.

Our premises is both heated & cooled - although it can get a very warm in the hottest periods of the year.
Let us know if you are concerned about the heat and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

Our bathroom is located in the house just 10m from the studio.
Please be aware we have two small dogs - they are loud but completely harmless!

On arrival the side gate will be unlocked & you should make your way down the side of the house to the purpose built studio at the back of the garden.
If the gate is locked, please ring the bell on the gate or call us to gain access.
Booking process.
Some common questions regarding booking appointments.

You can book an appointment online using our online booking system.

For appointments where a deposit has been taken we require more than 24hrs notice in order for you to qualify for a refund.
For appointments where the full service cost has been paid in advance we will refund* 75% of the price paid.
For appointments cancelled more than 24hrs in advance cancellations incur no charges.
*Refunds may not include the payment processing fee incurred.
Please always try to let us know if you cannot attend your appointment as soon as you can, as it helps us allocate this appointment slot to someone else & this in turn really helps run efficiently.

All online bookings require a deposit.
Services booked via message or phone may also require a deposit. This usually depends on the service being booked.

You should aim to arrive as close to your booked time as possible.

If you are running late please let us know as soon as possible.
If you are going to be over 15 mins late we may need to reschedule the booking to accommodate other pre bookings that we may have that day.
We will always attempt to make the rescheduled appointment as close to your original booking as possible.

This ensures that you can obtain the most from your services giving you maximum value for money, plus it gives you a chance to ensure you are comfortable with everything prior to your appointment. We can also discuss any short or long term issues you may have with your hair, & can explore ways in which we can help.

Individual hair hair extensions.
Frequently asked questions about our nano tip extensions.

We use Remi Cachet Ultra Tips & Nano Tips extensions.
Clients can also supply their own nano tips hair extensions for us to fit.

These extensions attach to small sections of your hair using a tiny, aluminium bead lined with silicone.

Absolutely not!
We don’t like using glue for any of our hair extensions services.

Not usually.
The beads rest flat to your head, so are really comfortable, plus the application method does not apply tension to the scalp.

They come in a very wide variety of colours, including highlighted, balayage & ombré.
Plus, if we cannot match your hair, we can custom colour your extensions!

This can always be a potential issue with extensions depending on how thick your hair is around the application area - however due to Nano Tips incredibly small locks they are easier than other individuals to disguise.
Clients often notice how easy it is to wear their hair extensions tied up without the extensions being noticeable.

We recommend you get a re-fit every 8 to 12 weeks.
This ensures the longevity of your hair extensions & that you get the maximum lifespan possible from them.
It also helps to keep your own natural hair in good condition.

Our wefts come in different lengths depending on the hair quality grade.
The full range of lengths is;
12” / 16” / 18” / 20” / 22” / 24” / 30” -
We supply Remi Cachet hair exclusively & all of the wefts we use are super high quality, 100% remy hair.
They are sourced from multiple areas around the world.

We don’t use the braided method to fit weft hair extensions. We find that attaching small beads, then sewing the extensions on to the beads is the most comfortable method for the client.
They are also our favourite application of wefts as they are not harsh on the natural hair.
You are of course able to have braids if you really want them.

When applied and looked after correctly your natural hair won’t be damaged.

Most people will need a re-tightening every 6 - 8 weeks.
During your retightening, your extensions are removed & your natural hair is washed & blown (we can also apply a colour at this time if you require), we then refit your extensions.

Yes! We often use individuals on the sides of clients hair if they have fine or damaged hair on the sides with wefts on the back.

Our wefts are ‘flat wefts’ - this means that they lie really flat to the head & are only noticeable if your hair is super fine / thin or if you tie your hair up in specific ways.
They are designed & fitted to be as discrete as possible. You should only be able to notice them if you have not styled your hair correctly.

Across the full range of hair there is an amazing choice of colours.
We can custom colour your hair extensions to match your hair (although usually its better to colour match your natural hair to the extensions), this would be discussed extensively during your consultation & colour match appointment.

Fabriq Reset is a semi-permanent treatment.
It is based on your hairs natural proteins & gradually fades from the hair over 4 months from application

Yes. Fabriq Reset / Glass Hair treatments work brilliantly on very curly hair, including African Caribbean.
The tightest curls will be softened & relaxed.

This depends on your hair length;
Short - 2hrs to 2hrs 30m
Medium - 2hrs 30m - 3hrs 30m
Long - Up to 4hrs

Reset lasts up to 4 months but can be re-applied after one month.

Yes. Reset transforms all coloured hair including highlighted, bleached, coloured, & is also perfectly suitable for virgin hair.
Fabriq can be applied over all types and brands of colour including Henna.

Yes, Glass Hair will strengthen, repair & straighten all hair including previously permed.

Yes. Glass Hair will strengthen & repair as well as enhance the straightening benefits after a relaxer.

Glass Hair is a long-lasting, semi-permanent treatment (up to 4 months).
On hair that has had previous chemical services, the results are more dramatic & last longer. With hair types that are natural with no chemical service history, the results are better & last longer after subsequent treatments. The earliest Reset can be re-applied is after 30 days.
